This report describes two novel initiatives to address stigma, and provide a foundation for community support: 1) A specialized training program for service providers; and 2) A vocational program designed to mitigate stigma by providing important employment roles for unhoused individuals. We conducted research designed to describe experiences of participating in these initiatives.
